Visible condition

• Top-left corner: Slight blunting/rounding.
• Top edge: Minor waviness and subtle edge wear.
• Top-right corner: Slightly blunted.
• Right edge: Slight overhang wear, faint edge wear throughout.
• Bottom-right corner: Small blunting, hint of fraying visible through bag.
• Bottom edge: Minor waviness at lower left & right, subtle wear.
• Bottom-left corner: Slightly blunted.
• Left/spine edge: Several tiny color-breaking ticks (multiples between staples), some stress lines, moderate color break near middle staple.
• Spine: Light stacking curl (likely worsened by bag), minor surface waviness, several color-breaking stress marks.
• Staples: Location and heads not clearly viewable for rust/tear check due to bag glare.
• Cover surface: Some subtle surface waviness (bag distortion), small possible fingerprint at lower center, moderate gloss loss in bag glare zones.

Graded VF+ (8.5) due to accumulation of numerous minor to moderate defects: small color-breaking spine ticks, general spine stress, soft corners (especially top left and lower right), faint edge wear, and surface waviness/fingerprint—most visible through bag and potential bag distortion/glare. High overall eye appeal but enough typical handling/aging marks to preclude higher grades. Photo is through a clear bag, making surface and staple inspection less certain and possibly concealing additional flaws; grade set conservatively for apparent visible condition. Only the front cover inspected; back cover and interior not evaluated.
